Dear Parents,
As I am sure you are aware, there is no spelling assignment this week. This is due to the lack of instructional time and I am not comfortable testing students on information we did not cover thoroughly in class.
Also, many students have asked if they must use all of the vocabulary words listed on the “at-home” project assignment sheet. My expectation is that the students use a majority of the words to label their project to help enhance their understanding of the components of these scientific concepts. The project is due Monday, November 28th. At this time students will present their project to their classmates. I will send home the high quality sheet or rubric with which the student and I will elevate his/her work after the presentations.
